I have been working with Amy for about 4 years, and have done 5+ projects with her. She is extremely knowledgeable about flooring, and has awesome taste. She also has great contacts for contractors if you are looking for someone else to do the installation. Come with an idea and leave with a master plan. The last project was remodeling the bathroom. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome - turned out amazing.
We can’t say enough great things about completely Floored and especially Amy! Working with her on our custom home build was such a positive experience. Her expertise, patience and eye for design were crucial in helping guide us through a multitude of design choices!One of the most challenging parts of the project was designing all the flooring and finishes for the bathrooms. Each turned out unique yet still beautifully cohesive. That balance takes real talent & Amy nailed it.She went above and beyond, was flexible with our timeline & brought such positivity and professionalism to the entire experience. If I could give 10 stars if I would....Blakely, Ben and Terri hands down are the best. Communication, follow ups, billing, customer satisfaction. They always take amazing care of everyone of my customers going above and beyond to make sure they are getting the best quality floors with excellent service.....Keep up the amazing Job!!!
Everything that was done by this company we have problems with. We have emailed and left messages with no response. I don’t know if it was the installers used at the time but the fact we can’t get a call back about our dissatisfaction is upsetting. They were who our builder used for many of our finishes. The products are fine it is the installation we have problems with. All our carpet is buckled, the shower pan has grout in it, not everything is caulked, our transition strips are lifted and linoleum is cut. We called and left three messages and never got a call back. We are going to have to replace all of our carpet after three years but started reaching out two years ago to discuss our issues. Not responsive.
used Completely Floored twice now for two projects: an addition a few years back (MIL) , and more recently, several bathrooms and a kitchen.My contractor referred this company to me because I was in need of help with design choices (I find this part very intimidating).They have a large selection of products and samples galore.The design team was excellent in helping me make choices and coming up with a design that matched my inspiration photos.I am so happy with the results and more than grateful for all the time (and patience) that was spent helping me through these projects.This was a huge service they offered, and they have a very professional and knowledgeable team. I honestly don’t know how I would have made it through without their expertise.A special thanks to Amy and Terri!!
