I had carpet replaced in our living room by Evergreen Flooring. Oleg came for an estimate, pointed out complications I did not see, and offered an alternative. Then, when I changed my mind, came for another estimate. Explained issues that might come up during the project, and how often they usually come up. He was very responsive to my questions, be it over messenger, text, phone call or in person. On the day of the project the crew was on time, did everything quickly, cleanly, and with great quality - there wasn't a single thing I did not like. The final cost was exactly as estimated. Just couldn't wish for a better person to have business with.
Oleg did a fabulous job installing LVT in 3 bathroom and also replacing an old exterior French Door to my deck. He did great work and whenever he found an issue that needed to be addressed, he did a good job of explaining available options to resolve the issue.Oleg worked with us to use our own materials that we sourced ourselves and was willing to make small adjustments along the way with no complaints what so ever.In addition, Oleg is a wonderful person, super nice and very respectful of our family and surroundings. His price/value ratio can't be beat.
?Oleg is someone whom you hire as a contractor for a project and he stays your friend/contractor for life.Disciplined, uber knowledgeable, reliable and someone who cares beyond the project, clean and uber organized.We have been working w/Oleg on a fireplace project. The before and after pictures will show you the shocking wall makeover.In fact I am hesitant to write this review as we want Oleg to be our gem of a contractor. However, the world needs to know about his great company.
