I decided to do some home renovations and I saw the free design appointment... thought "why not?!". I am so glad I did it. Loreen (designer) was extremely helpful and patient. She walked the entire store explaining all the options and giving suggestions of what would work or not for the project. The store has a huuuge selection of products!! First I bought some tile samples, and then I came back for the ones that I really wanted. Return of the samples was easy and the staff was very friendly and polite!! The customer service at this store is amazing!!!
Honestly, have been satisfied with the service experience and customer handling for years now. Everything is available at the store you require and need, cross buying and selling and returning is easy. It’s the way to go for any contractor. Staff extremely knowledgeable about flooring installation. I was asked multiple times if I needed assistance. When I checked out Manuel one of the associates was so pleasant to talk to with such a great attitude. I definitely will continue business here.

Everything is well organized, and it’s easy to compare different options.The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help — they gave me excellent advice on materials, adhesives, and installation tools. Their customer service really makes the difference.I also like that the online catalog is convenient, and I can check product availability at my local store before going. Floor & Decor is the store I will visit often when I'm working on renovation projects. They offer so many options for tile, backsplash, flooring, bathroom vanities, and much more. What I really like is I don't have to go to too many other stores to find what I need and I can find most everything here, the options they have are modern but they also have some other variations that can cater to almost anyone's style choices. The prices are fair as well and because they have so many options you can find what you need to fit your budget. I will continue to shop at Floor & Decor both now and in the future.
