Slav is a great communicator. Throughout the entire process, he was very quick to respond and thoroughly answered all of our questions and even some we didn’t know to ask. His bid was detailed and the price was competitive.
Equally impressive was the team that repaired and refinished our hardwoods. Like Slav, each team member was punctual, friendly, professional, and incredibly gifted in their areas of expertise. Whether it be replacing a section of our hardwood floor that was damaged due to a water leak, helping us select the perfect stain color, staining and refinishing the floors, or replacing and repainting the baseboards; it was evident that they knew what they were doing and that they took great pride in doing it well.
From start to “finish” and beyond, we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire team at Hardwood Perfections and would highly recommend them to others!

We hired Hardwood Perfections for a full hardwood flooring project in our Sammamish home, and we’re extremely happy with the final result.

They replaced carpet with solid 4” white oak, repaired squeaky subfloors, refinished existing areas, and rebuilt our staircase. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show, the floors feel solid underfoot, the finish is beautiful and consistent throughout the house, and the stairs look fantastic.

Communication was clear throughout the process, questions were addressed promptly, and the crew was professional and respectful of our home. Dust control was handled well, which we especially appreciated during a site-finished project.

Projects of this scope always have moving parts, and Hardwood Perfections handled everything professionally and transparently. We felt comfortable working with them and confident in the outcome.

This combined with a clear estimate, and excellent workmanship gives me no hesitation in recommending the Hardwood Perfections LLC for any flooring needs you have. We decided to include furniture moving and baseboard replacement, great additions and we were very pleased with the end result, it felt like coming home to a new house.

Slav and his team did a major flooring project for us, replacing and/or refinishing all the flooring in our 4000+ sq ft house. From the start, Slav was extremely responsive, punctual, and followed through on everything. We replaced carpeting, installed new hardwood floors/stairs, tile, and refinished our entire first floor bamboo hardwoods. Everything was timed and paced out over a four week period, which worked perfectly for the least amount of disruption. Everyone always arrived on time. The quality of the work was phenomenal. Nestor, in particular, was so good and detail oriented and just really great to work with. We would do another project with Slav and his team in a heartbeat. In my experience it is rare to find such responsive, conscientious, and quality-focused contractors. They are fantastic!
