All of the employees at the store were amazing! Courtney was the one we dealt with the most, but everyone there was great!!I would have happily given 5 stars if the install crew was half as good as the store employees. We had struggles with them from beginning to end.But all in all it was a great experience and the issues issues we found with the install were corrected.I have recommended them to multiple people already.
I was pleased with everything from the time I went into the showroom, the time spent in my home, to the finished floor laid down. I couldn't ask for better service. They followed up and the prices quoted were fair and reasonable. Alot lower than competitors really. Definitely give them a try when you're ready to upgrade or just to get rid of the carpet in your home.
