I stopped into Carpet Garage on a random day around lunchtime after leaving a jobsite and met Dillon. After talking for a little while, it was clear he’s a genuine dude—very knowledgeable and focused on helping you find what actually makes sense. I’ve been in the remodeling industry for 13 years, and after working with him we won’t be going anywhere else for flooring. Whether it’s just materials or materials and installation, he takes care of his customers and follows through on his word. We’ve done two projects with Dillon and we’re about to start our third. He’s easy to work with, and he cares about his customers and his craft. He understands both sides of the business and is a huge asset to Carpet Garage, and a rock-solid partner for any contractor or homeowner
We worked with Dillon Harlow a d had a very good experience with him. He was very knowledgeable. We are doing our own install and he thought of things that we had not thought to ask about. Would definitely work with him again.
Dillon was/is exceptional! He listened to what I wanted based on my family activities and gave great suggestions and choices based on that. He was very patient when I kept changing my mind! Also, the quality of products I finally chose is exceptional. Thanks, Carpet Garage!
Great experience. Super customer service and great installer(s). Love my new carpet and LVP. Definitely recommend the store and installer.
If you have issues after you’ve paid… they’ll ignore you. Prior to paying, I happened to stop in our home when they were laying carpet padding. We paid for the memory foam upgraded padding. They were attempting to install the cheap particle foam padding. When I called the sales guy tried telling me it’s the same quality. BS!! It’s half the price and very noticeable. Luckily we hadn’t paid yet and they tore out all the cheap padding and replaced with what we had agreed to originally. We were sold on their 20 mil core tech vinyl flooring after being told the sales rep for Core Tech took his keys and could not scratch this flooring supposedly demonstrating this to the carpet garage sales guys. Wouldn’t you know 3 months in the floor is all scratched up. Not in areas where furniture would have drug around. This is in traffic areas from normal use. Initially we were told the sales rep would take a look but have since been ignored. Installer was terrible. Carpet seams are noticeable in every room. Then he wanted payment before the job was complete. No transitions had been installed. He then asked for another $600 on top of the bid to install transitions. All around bad experience. Carpet Garage should stand behind their product. In our case they did not. Save the money on vinyl and buy from the big box stores. It’s the same if not worse quality as Lowes, Home Depot etc.I see your able to reply to a bad review but won’t follow up on our flooring issue. I would appreciate a reply from Chad as he said he would be reaching out to the Core Tech rep.
