If you would like to be talked to like you are a child in a condescending manner then go here otherwise shop elsewhere! I went into this place wanting to look at some Limestone for a kitchen backsplash. The lady I dealt with walked me back to the marble didn't seem to know exactly where the Limestone was in her own store which is fine maybe they move stuff around but then she asked me why I wanted Limestone and I told her because that's what I like that is my preference. She said okay but in a very snotty way. When I asked what their pricing was because I couldn't see any pricing on any of the displays they had their she informed me that I would have to go through a tile contractor because they are wholesale only. I explained to her that I had a tile business for 14 years but I was looking for something from my own home. She told me I was welcome to fill out a credit application but it was up to their other office whether or not I would be approved to purchase because if it was a one-time thing then they probably wouldn't allow it. It's funny to me she has no idea if I have other projects coming up in the future or how often I install tile so I found it quite rude. I was so polite said okay thank you I'll go somewhere else and again I got the snotty response with a shoulder shrug saying "well okay" if they don't want my money that's fine but there's no need to be rude and condescending! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that has actual knowledgeable staff of where their items are in their showroom and hopefully somewhere where they will talk to you with respect.

There is a wide variety of looks and materials for them to chose from and the space allows for setting up easy visuals of how their choices (material selections) will work together in multiple settings. The staff there are knowledgeable and great at assisting in locating selections for the desired look and price points.

Everyone at Syverson has always been helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable of the products they are selling. I never hesitate to make them my first choice for Schluter products as well. Great on hand stock and the trim pieces are always blemish free.
