Major letdown. Wife was out of town and I needed some flooring, not a lot. From the moment I walked in the associate behind the counter didnt move. I asked some questions and got the same response.....everything is located the warehouse....no probing questions, no attempt to meet my needs as a customer. You will get better service online and more information then the associate can offer. Go to Flooring America or Lowes you might pay a little more, but at least there is someone who cares about your buisness.

Ryan and Paul are amazing human beings to work with. They are humble, honest, very knowledgeable of all flooring types and very importantly they are sincere in helping you patiently. Have looked at multiple shops but the value, quality and price is best at ll flooring for the materials.Installation cost is not the best and they do try to oversell but I went with my own contractor.
I have purchased flooring for almost entire house now! Not huge selection local but plenty! Tough choice price was great as well as the staff local management is winning with this staff . Great customer service and support for all our questions. The website has great information and verity to help narrow search.thank you Hunter and Paul! You guys are very knowledgeable! We have being looking for quite some time about replacing our carpeted areas in our home with engineered flooring. We visited the showroom on several different ocassions while exploring our options. It helped out tremendously that we were able to take home samples as well as being able to view and touch the many different options that were available to us. The sales staff was great at making us aware of the entire process as well as giving needed advice. We decided on getting the Acacia engineered flooring, along with professiinal installation. The installers were very professional and did a great job.
