They were quick to come out for measurements and estimates followed by great timing for the installation both times we used this business. I originally wasn’t going to give such a bad review but the more I look at the work I received, the more upset I get over it.

In early February I paid this company to put LVP flooring and carpet in a house I just bought. I was originally told that the new floor would go over top my existing floors because they were glued down (or so it was thought to be). On installation day this was found to not be the case and the previous floors were ripped up and the new floors put down all without any communication to me about it. This left 1/2 in gaps under all my doorways that was not there before due to the thickness of the floors before. This could have been avoided if I was kept in the loop of the change of plans that needed to be done to my property. The messiness of the quarter round and caulk is disgusting and looks as if nothing was measured to fit and thrown together in a hurry. Pieces around the fireplace were cut too short and just left as “good enough” not fitting into the space properly.

When the issue of the doorways space was brought up I was told “We are not contractors. We only do flooring” and was told I was basically going to have to resolve the issue out of pocket with another company to fix a problem they caused by not communicating effectively, or at all.

After everything was said and done, they did give a $200 credit to help smooth over the mistake of not keeping me informed in the change in work provided. In the end, 2 months later, I’m still finding mistakes and sloppy work throughout my house that I did not expect from a professional company. I am left extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend them to anyone who wants quality work done. They did a fast job, not a good one.

Can't say enough about this company. Heidi Donvito is beyond professional and full of knowledge in the industry. We've used All american Interior Solutions twice now and plan to use them for our final install. The install team is so professional, talented and respectful of your home. The crew made sure to clean up throughly and honestly they were soo FAST!!!! My mum is very picky, Heidi showed so much patience and made sure mum was satisfied.
