Well I had David Sykes come out over 3 weeks ago, this was after being referred. I have yet to hear anything. I understand about being behind. Dont promise quote by end of the week or by beginning of next then. Or how about say you are booked up and you cant take any new clients. No instead, I have to wait for them to get through s stack of papers since last week and still had no follow up, they apparently have no clue what they are doing! You Lost my business!
I had a wonderful experience. Mike, Chad and Jennifer were wonderful people with which to work. I have new flooring and tile backsplash that were ordered from and installed by Southern Carpet & Interiors. They were very timely with obtaining and installing product. Installers of both products did a great job. Thank you all.
David Sykes and Southern Carpet & Interiors did a great job for me. I had a limited amount of space to work with, and wanted a special flooring pattern. David found it for me! I love the way it looks, and the installation was quick, neat and professional. All around great experience, and I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all!
