DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HOME DESTROYED. I made the mistake and let me tell you a story to warn you and keep your family away from what happened to mine...Aco was a subcontractor chosen by Costco to install our flooring in our upstairs laundry room. It was the worst thing that happened to us in recent memory. During install, the subcontractor that ACO subcontractor to broke my water main, flooding between the first and second floors somewhere around 500 - 700 gallons of water until the 1st floor ceiling collapsed.Their director of operations described this as "An inconvenience". We were displaced for weeks, and despite demanding to the contrary, ACO would NOT inform me when they were on my property. Had it not been for my doorbell camera, they would have never let me know. It took nearly 40 dehumidifiers for over a week and a half to get the space dry. This still required some demo.During this time, the owner of ACO and the Director of Operations told us we were "lucky" they were doing any work at all.After the thousands in damaged items and over ten thousand in the damaged home itself, we were told we could return home and it was "livable". For the next few months, we lived with our furniture covered in dust covers and our bare slab. Essentially confined to the upstairs , we were at ACOs whims.Finally, They came to install the flooring downstairs that had to be replaced. While doing this. They put our entire downstairs outside unprotected and the. Their director of operations blamed me for "having a small home".They did such a bad job Installing this flooring that they came back 5 times to "fix" it, and to this day it's awful (pictures attached). I eventually gave up, because I couldn't stomach them in my home anymore.These people are shameful, rude, scam artists who will destroy your home, victimize you, and leave you with thousands you need to fix in their wake. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE IN YOUR HOME.
We recently completed a full remodel of our primary bathroom and we are beyond pleased with our results. We actually had kind of a weird layout to work with, but the team at A/Co came up with a beautiful design and solution for some of the quirky aspects of our bathroom. They were knowledgeable and patient as we changed our minds through the design process, the communication throughout the project was excellent as well. Once construction started, we generally knew when workers were coming and if there was any delay in materials, that was quickly communicated as well. The pricing was exactly as quoted, we didn’t have any changes once we started. We had one issue that we were not quite happy with, and they got to work and fixed it and it’s now even better than we’d expected! The professionalism and friendliness of each and every member of the A/Co team would have me as a repeat customer, couple that with the quality of the work, and I have no problem recommending A/Co!
I used Mia Farrell at ACO to help me with a project for a client of mine. From start to finish they were great. I would highly recommend using her to help you with cabinetry, tile etc.
We had ACo design and install the backsplashes in our newly remodeled kitchen. Carlie, did a spectacular job helping us select the tiles and coordinating the installation, choosing the installation team and working closely with the Project Manager throughout the process. The outcome not only lived up to our expectations, but exceeded them! The beautiful tile and exceptional installation has made our kitchen a showpiece!There are no words to adequately express our satisfaction with ACo. They previously renovated our master bathroom and adjoining closet. Again, they, and Carlie in particular, did a superb job, and the primary reason why we had them do our kitchen tile!
