This isn't a place for your average Home Depot or Lowe's shopper- this is for someone who knows about hardwood flooring and wants very specific, sometimes hard-to-find items that the other places won't carry. I've been to this location twice- once the service was lacking and I was kind of dismissed because I don't look like a "typical contractor" whatever that is, and another the service was top notch. Depends on who you talk to. But you better have at least an idea of what you want when you go there. I mean, "I'm looking for a product to help me spread water based poly better." Type ideas, not "I have the cutest floor pic from my Pinterest page, and I want to do it." Idea.
