Wonderful experience working with Sid and his team. We had our living room, den, upstairs bedrooms and hallway re-carpeted. We also had a runner put down our newly refinished wood stairs. Sid was so patient with me as I decided on what carpet I wanted, even when I changed my mind on the carpet selection. We redid our wood stairs ourselves and were very nervous to put anything over them, but a runner was necessary for our dogs and overall practicality. Our DIY project took longer than expected and Sid was so understanding, allowing us to reschedule our install date with no hassle. The end result is absolutely gorgeous. It was so beautifully installed with incredible precision and attention to detail. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. The installers were courteous and respectful of my home, taking care not to leave a mess.After years of putting off new carpet, I am finally so relieved and wish I would have done it sooner! Pricing was very fair as well. I’d recommend Sid and his team to everyone I know!
We did cash & carry for our carpet & hard floors. Sid was our sales rep ( store owner). He was awesome! We bought a fixer upper mobile home for our property up north. We picked out carpet & flooring & put a deposit on it. It took us longer to fix up than expected. We kept in contact with him & he was gracious enough to hold our carpet for over 6 months! We had checked prices in other places & this was the cheapest. The guys we had install the carpet were impressed with the padding & carpet! Thank you for your patience & keeping our carpet until we needed it! I have recommended you to others!
Always a great experience with Sid & his team. They have done carpeting in 2 of my houses. Their prices are competitive and their hours are so much better then other places. They have a great selection in their show room as well.
This business has a wonderful selection of carpets and flooring. The prices are very reasonable and the service is amazing ... within the store and the installation. I usually work with Sid (the owner), who is fantastic, but we get great customer service with any of the folks. I will shop nowhere else for my flooring needs.
