Glenn’s Tile customer service is incredible. We came by on a day that they were closed, & Tammy from Glenn’s came out to our car & asked what we needed & if she could be of help. Not only did she open the store for us & assist us, she was able to offer other suggestions for our remodel as well. There’s a reason they’ve been in business so long- they’re the best!

I've visited this store a couple 3 or more times within the last 2 years. The customer service person (the owner?) is not helpful. Basically, you have to suggest things yourself and what she suggests is nothing what you want. There was nobody in this store. She kept saying "this is discontinued". So why is it still in view of customers? And, the outside of this building is horrible! Look at it if you visit. I know it's been around for a while, but it used to be nice years ago. Not anymore. Poor customer service and my recommendation is - go somewhere else!

We had been looking for tile and I was thrilled to find Glenn's. They had EXACTLY what I'd been looking for. Tammy offered to get me a sample, saying it would take a few days. One week later I emailed her and again was told it should be a few days & she'd let me know. It is now 10 days later and I have heard nothing. Today, I am purchasing my tile somewhere else. I might love their products, but the customer service turned me off.
