Paulie went above and beyond helping me today. He helped me pick the tile I needed for my whole bathroom remodel. I needed for different ones and he was extremely knowledgeable answering all my questions and helping me pick the colors too! I am going to buy all of them! We walked in the store totally lost and confused, didn't know the first thing about remodeling our bathrooms. Sandra the manager came to our rescue and answered all our questions in detail. She made us feel like we mattered. She helped us pick out every piece of material we needed and we were beyond satisfied with her selections. She has a wonderful smile and demeanor and very relatable. This store is very fortunate to have someone of her caliber to represent this store. Walked in to the store this morning, somehow this buff superhero looking like employee comes out as im walking in and instantly I knew he was the one I needed to speak to. I asked about picking up a single piece of tile instead of a whole box since that was all that I needed the project we are finishing up. I provided him the item number and like a well oiled machine, he had Bryan come and ring me up while he went back and brought the piece to me himself. The transaction part with Bryan was friendly and refreshing being as it wasn't even 7:20 am and he expressed that they're glad to be there for us.Experiences like this truly make a difference. This project im working on has been the first of many to come, and have also been my first experiences with Floor and Decor. Every time ive come in to this location the team has been fantastic. From the people on the store floor, cashiers, closing "pick up crew" (mvp,s truly).I almost look forward to needing any flooring needs for my next experience at this store.Ps. My husband and I had a great shopping experience here. We went on a Sunday evening to shop for shower tile and flooring. We were new at this so we had some questions about tile. That's when we met Paulie. He answered our questions, he explained the pros and cons of certain tiles, and helped us all the way until checkout. One of the best in his profession in my opinion.
