Patrick, our Design Consultant, was very knowledgeable and made good recommendations for our 2 bathroom floors. There was no pressure regarding the job or price. For the work done the price was good. The installers were easy to work with and they did a great job. We needed additional work done on our subfloor and the installers handled it like pros. Sorry to be so late in our evaluation of the 2 rooms that we had your company take out the old flooring and baseboard and replace by the nice new flooring and new and re-stained and refurbished baseboard. The crew was very courteous, helpful, and professional. They came on time, worked with us, handled special details of our old house (leveling the floors), went above and beyond what we thought they could by flooring both closets, re-hanging the closet doors and doing such a great job taking down, refurbishing, and putting back in place the baseboards. I highly recommend Patty and her team to anyone wishing to refloor. Also, we were satisfied with the price!
I am blown away with the ease of working with this company. Not only are they professional, they care about you as a human being, which is rare these days. Their prices are reasonable. The quality is amazing and they kept their word each step of the way. The installation could not have gone easier. They came, worked until it got done and finished a lot earlier than I expected and they did a fabulous job.
