I have been doing business with Gerardo and his team since 2000. Gerardo the owner operator is very honest and helpful. He is very knowledgeable about not just his products, but others as well. He educates you so you can make the right decisions on your purchase. His whole team is the same. FANTASTIC customer service. There is a reason we have a 24 year business relationship. Quality products at a fair price. If he does not have it, he will get it for you. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
Terrible service. Do not recommend!!!This place was not pleasant. There were no staff on site. I was waiting for 30 mins and the only employee there was was outside conversating with another his pals. While customers were inside the store waiting.Very unprofessional I can only imagine how unprofessional their work is.
The selection here is overwhelming. The prices are competitive and the service is excellent. This place blows Home Depot and Lowe's out of the water.Do keep in mind, though the store and the contractors work close together, each are separate. If you have a problem with the installation, you need to take it up with the contractor - not the store. Do be sure your contractor is in fact licenced with the state and you have their business card or information in your hot little mitt before they do the work for you. That has been my experience :)
