We are very happy with the whole carpet-buying experience. Our salesman, Wes, was very helpful and gave us lots of options. The carpet arrived on time and the installers were efficient and thorough. We are very pleased with the quality of the carpet and the installation. They moved all our heavy furniture for us both out of the rooms and back in after the carpet was installed. About the only “complaint”, and that’s really too strong of a word, is there was a fair amount of carpet debris left on our front porch and driveway. That took us all of about 5 minutes to sweep up. I highly recommend Carpet Mill Outlets.

We have avoided replacing carpet on our second floor because we knew it would be a lot of work to move everything out. We have three bedrooms, hallway, linen closet and a loft.

We started at Carpet Mill and met Wes Minert. He was super helpful and made it easy to narrow some choices for samples. He came to our house a few days later, measured the areas and brought us the samples we looked at.

Over the course of several days we looked at samples in different light and found what we liked.

We made the purchase the following weekend. We were surprised that we could get on the schedule in about three weeks. We needed every minute just to paint and clear the area.

Wes texted the day before the installation to let us know the window of time the installers were coming. The guys who came moved out the furniture as we didn’t know where they would start. They took apart our beds as well. They were so fast and efficient. They were polite and worked to finish the job about six hours later. They cleaned up and vacuumed.

The process went smoothly and after cleaning baseboards and the dust, I could see the quality of their work even in the weirdest corners. The original carpet put in when the house was built was low grade and installed poorly—and that’s putting it mildly.

We loved working with Wes, he had a great sense of humor, knew the crews, and checked on the progress several times during the installation with a followup the next day.

I know there are a lot of good flooring places in Fort Collins, and I’m sure we could shop around, but honestly, I was thrilled to find a place we liked right a way. I personally know it was a God thing leading us there.
