The tile itself is good quality; however, the delivery experience was disappointing. I was initially quoted a 7–10 day delivery window. I followed up on day 12 as I did not receive the email update I requested, and was informed the order would not reach Denver for another day, and that if I needed the tile before the following week (nearly 2 weeks past the originally promised delivery date), I will have to collect it in person, 3 hours round-trip out of my way.Given the significant delay, I requested a refund of the delivery fee ($50) as a reasonable gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, Dale's made no effort to accommodate this request or offer any form of compensation. While the products meet expectations, the overall service fell well below what I would consider professional.I am deeply disappointed with the level of customer service I received and do not recommend. Regrettably, I will not be placing future orders with them. The delay has brought my project to a complete halt, and I sincerely hope the tile arrives no later than next week as now promised.
We had two orders in the last few months, with one more in the near future. Dales Carpet One, and particularly Austin, have been fantastic to work with. There is no question that we will order through Dales Carpet One again.
I needed some long awaited house updates. The flooring in my bath and laundry were as old as our 29 year old home. I also needed a carpet refresh in the living room.From the beginning of the process to the end everything went smoothly. Our interior designer Kristen helped me choose colors to match my home perfectly while also staying in our budget. David did a spectacular job with the installation for the bath and laundry. . I really could not be happier with those updates. The living room and stair installation went very quick Ken and Reece were friendly and again it looks fantastic. Our plumber Fred who finished up the bathrooms worked quick and everything works as it should. Last but not least we used some of the carpet that was left over and Heath bound the sides so we could use it as an area rug in another part of the house and it looks amazing. Overall it the the interior designer and installers are experienced, professional and do excellent work. Thanks for helping me create a beautiful living space!
This was our second exceptional experience with Dale’s Carpet One. They replaced the downstairs flooring in our home in the Fall of 2017, and place new carpet in our Condo in April of 2020. In both cases the staff worked with our needs for flexibility, yet did so in a timely manner. We recommend them without hesitation.
