I bought some flooring.\n And they tried to tell me how good the brand was come to find out. It wasn't so good. They lied to me just to sell me the product and then\n I ordered. Black vinyl flooring , and there was a mixture of gray, in the boxes when they showed me the sample on the floor it was all black.\n I brought this to the attention of the manager and the protest and the guy at the pro guest was rude and the manager was just as rude that is, and so I'm professional.If I was the owner or just manager, I would fire them.Never do you treat your customers like that
Had to get a special color grout and found it with much ease. The employees were all very nice and knowledgeable. It was a very nice experience.
This store is pretty cool if you are looking for ideas or supplies for remodeling your house. They have a great variety of items to choose from with reasonable pricing. It was easy to walk in and find the area I needed to be. Once I got to wear my item was, there was someone there who is knowledgeable and willing to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I found what I needed in the first few minutes I was there. The rest of the time I spent was walking around the store soaking it all in so I knew what was available for future projects.
I had a great first time buying experience at floor and decor. Lesa was super helpful and patient while working with me on my back and forth decisions. I just started my major renovation project and will definitely be coming back. They have so many high-quality options. Thanks guys!
We ordered our flooring online and came in to pick it up at this location - Payton and Jake were awesome! They made the process smooth and easy. Payton is a pro on the forklift and had our 2 pallets loaded up in no time. Great customer service!
