We had hardwood floors refinished and new carpet installed before putting our house on the market. The wood flooring portion went great, I give those guys 5 stars. The carpet was a different story though. The biggest reason I will never, ever hire them again is because the carpet guys failed basic potty training. They couldn't be bothered to lift the seats and left pee drips all over 2 toilet seats! That is beyond disgusting and totally disrespectful. Aside from that, not enough carpet was ordered to do the job so we had to wait and wait for more, which put us past the deadline we had to get the house listed. When they came back to install the rest they cleaned up inside but not the driveway, that was left a mess.
JT Flooring did an excellent job installing LVT flooring at our gym. Their install crews were timely and did quality work. We had an issue with some of the new flooring needing to be replaced because of a leaking toilet that we installed. Andy was very helpful in getting this extra work scheduled and completed around our business schedule. I would definitely use JT Flooring again.
JT Flooring is all about customer service, follow through, quality and amazing design. They refinished our floors after some water damage and made them look like new. Two years later, they are still incredible!They also showed us some amazing flooring at their incredible show room. The selection is incredible and they know their products very well. They got a sense for what we were looking for and made great suggestions for us to choose from. Couldn’t be happier with the results!
JT Flooring did an outstanding job. They replaced pretty much all of our floors on the main level. They finished the job 2 days ahead of schedule. The price was fair for excellent quality of work. With all remodeling work there are always a couple of touch ups. They knocked those out right away to make it perfect. We had to move out during installation because we were doing the entire house. Never once had a single worry. The installers were respectful and just good people. I highly recommend JT Flooring. Even our dogs love the new floors.
