We replaced our old, builder-grade carpet and pad, and decided to use Northern Colorado Carpets due to their community roots. When we visited the showroom, Shari Ayala was amazingly helpful, and helped guide us in the right direction. Once we selected a carpet, measuring and installation was scheduled with ease. The estimate / pricing was very reasonable (we paid $7,500 for our 3 BR / stairs / living room / loft / master) with an upgraded pad and upgraded line of carpet. The install crew we had has been installing for the company for 15ish years - they were on-time, efficient, polite, always cleaned up, and did a great job. We are very satisfied with the entire experience and highly recommend this company.

I’m extremely happy I chose Northern Colorado Carpet. I replaced my entire top floor with LVP, but unfortunately, the initial product had a manufacturer defect that only became clear after installation. Misty and the team were incredible! They worked with me to get it replaced at no cost. I’m thrilled with the final results and very impressed by a company that truly stands behind its work.

What a phenomenal place. Customer service was spectacular, and had a wide array of carpets samples to see and select from. I used to buy my carpet from Home Depot, but far too many times their install crew has failed me. This time I found my own carpet installer, and went to Northern Colorado Carpets to see their selection. They had carpets that were on par for price as Home Depot. I am not an expert in carpet, but everything seems more durable and I found exactly what I was looking for with the help of customer service in 15 min. or less. I will now start using this company for my carpet needs.

I'm really pleased with our experience with Northern Colorado Carpets. We used them for flooring in the house that we built in Estes Park and it turned out really nicel. One unexpected issue we had after the install was that we have large south facing windows and there is one small part of the floor that receives intense sun/heat all day and this was causing the flooring to bubble just a bit. Derek recommended we use tile for that part of the floor and they swapped it out at no cost. The tile install also turned out really nice. I'm appreciative of all their help and will be using them again when we add an addition to our house.
