We couldn’t be happier with this floor company! From start to finish, the process was seamless. Their team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and you can tell they’re truly skilled at what they do. The results speak for themselves—absolutely beautiful work. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch floors, great service, and competitive pricing. Big thank you to Albert, Ally, and their crew!
I am very happy with my new floors! It was a pleasure to work on the planning with Alberto, and the installers did a fantastic job and were highly skilled and courteous. I also feel that the total price of the project was extremely fair. I am attaching some before and after pictures.
They were good initially (2022), but then almost a year later, we were having issues with our floor. I contacted them to come out to fix it. Roberto came and made some notes and said that the owner, Alberto, would contact me. He did contact me but said that he would send someone out to take a look. I told him he already did and that I was waiting on them to fix it. He said ok and I never heard back. The flooring keeps getting worse every year and i think it's due to the quality of leveling. Not sure how long floor warranties last. I unfortunately cannot recommend them as they don't seem to stand by the installation of their flooring after it is performed.UPDATE: I contacted them per their respond to this post. We set up a time for Alberto to come over to view the floor. He said the flooring was warping for some reason (could be water) and we agreed to rip up the flooring in some places to fix it with the leftover material from the original installation. It ended up not being water damage but just the boards due to leveling and, mainly, the boards joint locking system. The boards were so bad we ended up having to buy more flooring, but again, we didn't need to pay for the labor cost. The flooring was the same pattern, but apparently the company (Cali Flooring) updated the joint locking system so we had to be creative in some places; hopefully their updated product is a better quality. The fix looks considerably better than what is was and I very much appreciate what they did and that they honored their 1 year installation warranty. Thank you Alberto and team.
Poor craftsmanship. Floor had to be done over twice and still not secure. All door threshold fell off not even a month after. Some boards not locked at groove. Floor not stable can be lifted. Installers tried to cut corners. Paid over 13k work was not good and then trying to charge me 1500 in materials when not done properly in the first place. Owner is a nice person but workers dishonest and cut corners. Had to do my own demolition as they would not complete the work. Wish I would of paid extra for a top commercial company. Then the first installers tried to install laminate on top of laminate. The charges for concrete that was supposed to level the initial tile that was not used and when they took up the first install no concrete was found.
My family and I are super excited about the flooring we chose to install. Susan in the show room was so kind and patient with me and s really helped me pick out what I was looking for. Quality had more choices than large box stores and other showrooms. I searched high and low for a creamy color and only found what I was looking for here. They were honest about delivery time due to back orders and their delivery and install team came in like a freight train with materials on their backs and they ripped up the flooring as the moved along bringing the old flooring out and then bringing in boxes of the new material. Their install took one day and they were back the next day to finish the baseboards and trims. I am so happy with the floors and recommend this company any day!
