Despite a few unexpected challenges, including material delays and a subfloor issue discovered during demolition (the risks of remodeling homes from the 50’s), Lucas and Barbara handled everything professionally. The installation crew was skilled, friendly, and detail-oriented, and their supervisor ensured the work met our standards. We especially appreciated how clean they left the workspace every day.

The finished floors look fantastic. We look forward to working with Quantum Floors again and highly recommend them.

Very glad we made this choice, after getting quotes I was still unsure then went to the store in Ft. Lauderdale. Lucas was very knowledgeable and no pressure, we made a selection and a appt. for measuring. Lucas came out measured, took pictures and videos of the floor. We got the quote and everything was explained regarding timing and payments. Barb was our contact at that point and was always available. Renhan was the installer and did a fantastic job. Will definitely use again. Did what they said they would do no surprises. Great work!
