(Based on 271 reviews)

Reviews frequently highlight helpful service, good communication, and competitive pricing, with several noting staff and owner follow-up on product questions. Many buyers compliment the look and quality of laminate and vinyl lines and use Silent Blue as a recurring materials source. A smaller number of reviews report dissatisfaction with warranty decisions and product durability on certain installations, citing denied claims tied to installation or moisture issues. Overall ratings trend very positive, but expectations around installation requirements and warranty terms are important themes.

Phenomena price, amazing customer service (the owner called me to walk me through some install issues) looks phenomenal. 10/10

Susan Smith on Silent Blue Flooring

Installed LVP in the whole house except bathrooms. It’s cracking at the seams in every room. Silent Blue is blaming the installers due to it being a water issue. Although, everyone else I talk to say it is not a water issue. But, because of that, I am blocked from getting any warranty..

Silent blue has been my main source of great material for a couple years now and I super recommend them

Don’t Waste Your Money….They’ll Blame Anything but the Product
I don’t usually write reviews, but Silent Blue Flooring deserves this one. I had their Manhattan SPC Luxury Vinyl installed through a licensed dealer, Flooring Coverings International. Within just a few years, the stair noses started cracking and planks began chipping all under normal household use.

When I reached out to file a claim, I was met with a list of technical installation “errors” meant to dodge any responsibility. No surprise, I had already seen another customer review describing the exact same issues, and I read Silent Blue’s response. So I knew they’d find a way to blame the installer.

They’ve heard these complaints before. I’ve seen it. Cracking, chipping, it’s all too common with this product. And every time, they respond with the same copy paste line: “Installer didn’t follow our guidelines, so it’s not covered.”

They expect customers to provide subfloor moisture readings, grout prep details, and evidence of expansion gaps, like we were on the job site supervising the install. It's absurd. Their warranty is carefully designed to exclude coverage, not support it.

And let me just say now I know they’ll respond to this review with some corporate sounding paragraph to justify why they “can’t honor the warranty.” It’s all spin.
The truth is the product doesn’t hold up, and they don’t stand
behind it.

It’s honestly wild that you’d rather not honor warranties and leave customers frustrated than simply send someone out to address the issue and turn that customer into someone who would actually recommend your brand.

And just like the other recent one-star reviewer said: “I’M NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH PROBLEMS WITH YOUR PRODUCT.”

Avoid Silent Blue at all costs. Waste of money, waste of time, and zero accountability.

After seeing their reply, let me be clear:

Floor Coverings International is still in business under new ownership, so let’s stop with that excuse. Saying I didn’t provide documentation for moisture testing or grout prep? I’m a homeowner, not a contractor. That’s not my responsibility and Silent Blue knows that.
And no, this isn’t “standard practice.” It’s your go to move to avoid taking responsibility when your product fails.

To anyone reading this: DO NOT buy from this company. I spent thousands, and the floor started cracking and peeling in under 3 years. Stay clear.

I have purchased a lot of the products that silent blue offers; such as vinyl planks flooring, baseboards, among other products that they have in store. I have to say that the floor and baseboards quality are exceptional; along with their excellent service. Every employee that works in silent blue makes you feel welcome and always are willing to help you in any way possible. They’re very friendly and take the time to explain the products’ quality. I am VERY pleased with the service and product quality that silent blue offers to their customers.
