The owners and employees are so nice and will go the extra mile to help. I had a water heater break and I needed to replace some of my flooring, it was discontinued. Steve went out of his way to find my flooring. I was so grateful, it would have cost me a lot more.
We went today looking for an area rug . Team was very helpful and the owner Heydie actually recommended another vendor that might be better for what my wife was looking for . No pressure , it was an excellent customer experience and we would return for other flooring needs! Highly recommended

They have a insanely large selection of flooring plus they have tons of reliable vendors they work with so they can always find exactly what you need at a fair price with unmatched service they have a full fleet of vans and box trucks with lift gates that can handle any size order big or small . Need floors taken up in a 50,000 square foot warehouse. They got equipment for that and then some. It is without hesitation that I recommend specialty flooring for any of your projects. We were recommended Specialty Flooring by friends and couldn’t be happier. Working with Heidi and Julio was super easy because they know there business and products so well. They’ll guide you to make the right choice for your situation making sure you get the floors you want. From the buying to the install everything was smooth. The installers, Bruno and Robin were very nice and respectful and they cleaned their work area each day before leaving. The only thing I was concerned about was our stair treads and the final look with an engineered floor. Julio reassured us the finish results would not disappointed and his guys delivered. The attention to detail was beyond my expectations. Throughout the job Carlos also came to check on the install and make sure everything was going well. Start to finish we had zero issues and today finding a contract who delivers what they promise is rare. I couldn’t be happier or recommend Specialty-Flooring enough for the work they did.I initially hired a company off of Angi’s List to complete this work. After paying the deposit to the company, they advised they’d be there the following morning to begin work. They didn’t call and of course they didn’t show.After searching for tile installers in Coral Springs, I found Specialty Flooring and took a drive over. I met with Angel at the office and described my situation. It was late in the afternoon when I arrived so they had indicated they would come the following morning to give me a quote.As promised the following morning (Saturday) they arrived and at the scheduled time. Specialty Flooring provided a quote and I hired them to begin the work. They showed up Monday as promised and on time. This tile installation was quoted as taking five days to complete… and each day they showed up as promised. They worked extremely hard and you could tell they had a passion for what they were doing.My wife and I absolutely love the transformation in the kitchen. It wouldn’t have turned out any better and there is NO OTHER COMPANY I will ever use again for tile work!Absolutely love this team!!
