Our salesman Joshua Robert’s was great. He explained everything very well and made the decision so easy. Very impressed with having samples brought to my home to make the whole process so easy. Can’t wait to see the new floors installed.

We recently completed our two guest bathrooms renovation and are very happy with the results. Maria made the selection process so easy and David was always a phone call away. The project was finished on time, very well supervised throughout, and any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly and professionally. The attention to detail and communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We are thrilled with our new bathrooms and would highly recommend them.

Damaged multiple items of furniture in the house. It took over one month for them to complete a job that was supposed to take only two or three days. Employees removed plug-in and set it on top of furniture, plug-in leaked and destroyed the finish. There was no need to remove the plug-in at all. Damaged a pair of expensive speakers when moving them. They do not take care when moving the furniture.
Took them over one month to complete the job. Had one crew come to the house look in the wrong room and left without starting any of the job. Impossible to communicate with workers sent to house as no one spoke in English.
Crew left without installing mouldings and then left mouldings unsecured. They also damaged a surround receiver.
They are more interested in giving lip service about their quality and how bad they feel about damaging items in your home.
Honesty, they don't feel all that responsible given that I have not even heard back from them regarding the damaged speakers which were pristine before they were touched by the 50 floor employees. They are not returning calls. My contact at 50 floor, Dana, has stopped returning my calls. It is obvious they do not want to compensate me completely for all the damage they've done.
If you want your items undamaged and have a good flooring job done, look elsewhere for your flooring needs.

PS. Holly or some other person from headquarters will respond to your reviews. They’ll give you a soft story about how sorry they are, but if you do your research, you will see most of their reviews are one star. They could care less about changing anything that they do. I have yet to be compensated for the damage speakers, and they have a ghosted me. A responsible company would do something. Use them at your own risk you have been warned.

Avoid this company at all costs. We hired them in early May of 2024. It has been lies from the beginning from sales to management. They do not train their own crews like I was told. Their work is extremely poor quality. Communication is poor and they clearly don’t know what to do. We were lied to about the finances and percentages as well( granted I should have looked closer and known better)We’re told we would not be charged until the job was complete and that apr would be 9.75% and now it’s 29% after already being charged with nothing ever being completed after 2 months. So the salesman lied to us about that just like them not contracting out and training their own crews. They have been out to my home 4 times for install and have not had enough material every time( how can you not have enough material after 4 times), the work done is horrible and not professional quality. I have had to be home for these crews each time taking time off of work. Brian the manager has not called me back for 2 weeks and the floors still aren’t done after 2 months now. I have requested a full refund. I don’t even care if they come tear up the floors at this point this has been a complete nightmare and just want this company out of my life.

Update 7/20. Tried calling number provided and was told the same person I already complained to who did nothing would call me. Floors still have not been repaired or completed as of today. Spoke with manager on 7/3 where the only response I got was the materials should be in tomorrow or Friday and we would look into the finances. It’s now been 2 1/2 weeks with zero communication from anyone at this company even though I have reached out again. I have no idea what is going on with floors or finances. Come Monday so will be reporting to better business bureau as well as claiming fraudulent charges with the financing company. I have never seen business done so poorly in my life and 50 floor should be ashamed of themselves.

Trish Smith, ABR SRES SRS GRI Realtor on 50Floor: Fort Myers Carpet, Wood, and Flooring Installation

I was scheduled for installation on the day Hurricane Ian decided to visit. The staff understood my concerns about no electricity after the storm and delayed for another week without pressure. My flooring was exactly as presented by the sales staff. Tony did a phenomenal job with the installation being sure to take time to get everything from my flooring to my kick moldings perfect. He matched the kick molding with my wall color and it could not look better. I give a five star review to the installation scheduler and the installer for their above and beyond treatment. I highly recommend this company and staff. They make sure you are personally satisfied!
