The tile quality was lacking heavily. I purchased the Austrel Brown II wood tiles for an entire home. Months later when the tile was put down, it was realized that the tile quality control is horrible. Multiple tiles were of different widths which resulted in a TON of wasted material. Ended up abandoning the tile and have several boxes left which are past the return period. Be careful when you purchase tiles from here and inspect them thoroughly upon purchase! Had to waste thousands of dollars.
Morgan was unbelievably helpful. She went above and beyond with helping me today. She is very knowledgeable all around, she helped me with tile and vinyl and rung me up. Very nice personality and well spoken about the product— which you guys have a lot of! For sure a keeper you guys have. I will be making a purchase soon and get a credit card to save money.
We’ve been using floor and decor at this location for awhile and have always felt good about this store. Today was better. We went in to purchase the last of our flooring for our project and the Manager on duty was very welcoming. I didn’t catch his name but it was in 11/29. We had an issue at the register and he was quick to take care of the situation. He also made sure to make sure we were taken care of in finding everything we needed. Having a manager like this on the team is definitely a benefit to the company! 10/10 will be returning for our next project.
Excellent selection of flooring and much more reasonably priced than other stores. One of the managers, I believe his name was Steve, helped me with my entire project. I went with hard wood flooring because it’s essentially timeless and great for resale value. They helped me with every detail, from the “corner rounds” and spacers to transition to our tile floor, to the best adhesive and underlayment on the market. I was impressed with their selection, professionalism, and amazing customer service. I highly recommend this store and would use them for any future flooring projects.
