I had been searching for flooring for my remodel & finally settled on a specific brand of laminate. I always like to check prices if a product is offered at more than one supplier and I’m very happy I checked out Floorcrafters. Rod was able to offer a price several dollars less per sq foot than the other vendor. He is great to work with, personable and very knowledgeable. A friend is needing vinyl flooring for her business and I highly recommended she go to Floorcrafters and ask for Rod. I even sent her a link to the website so she didn’t forget. We took a chance based on the reviews we saw. Reviews were spot on, Rod is terrific. He worked with us, always in a good mood. Fantastic to work with. The people that came to install the floor were A+++++++++. The floor needed more leveling than planned. It was fixed, it was done fast, the workmanship was no better. We highly recommend this place for any flooring work that anyone needs.
the customer service was great. we brought home samples on two different occasions, with no pressure to buy. the sales people were very nice and patient answering our questions. the crew that installed the flooring was very professional and fast. they had three rooms done in one day. they were clean and helped rearrange the furniture. definitely recommend them.
