My wife and I were new to home renovations and had no clue who to use for flooring (and painting but that is another company/review). Family that had done anything in recent years had mixed opinions and experiences leaving us in the dark with finding a truly good company.We called several companies and individuals and found a fairly large range in price and time our project would take. This worried us. Is one place under charging and will find a bunch of stuff as they go? Is another over charging/worst case scenario and then possibly the bill will come down?Ultimately we looked a reviews, and went with our gut. We are thrilled that we did.Integrity Flooring might not have the MOST reviews or be the longest open business in town but if they do a great job at a better price does that matter?We are thrilled with how our project turned out and can't imagine it could have looked nicer had we gone with a couple other places that were charging 80% more.We live in a house just over 2k sq/ft and they knocked out the whole project (the entire first floor) in about 3 days (leaving at roughly 330p daily) without staying well into the night (7pm) like other companies said they would.Don't let their much lower price make you raise an eyebrow. These guys are great and, it seems, simply don't price gouge!

In one of our toughest seasons, this team was a blessing.We recently went through a major kitchen and laundry room flood, and our insurance company recommended Integrity Flooring. From start to finish, this team exceeded every expectation. They had a huge job ahead of them, and even when unexpected issues came up, they handled everything with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude.Every crew member who came into our home was kind, respectful, and honest. We never once felt like we were an inconvenience. From the initial visit, to the demo crew, to the owner himself personally laying tile, each step was done with care and skill. A special thank-you to Megan, whose compassion and understanding made a difficult situation so much easier to navigate.This house has tested both us and the Integrity Flooring team, but they never stopped showing up and doing their best. They truly live up to their name. While I hope we never have another flood, if we do, Integrity Flooring will be my first call.
We had a great experience. Chris really took his time when coming out and getting us a quote. All of our questions were answered. On the day of installation, everything went smoothly and the new carpet is absolutely wonderful. All our furniture was moved, and disassembled and reassembled (when necessary) without issue. If we ever have flooring needs in the future, we will definitely use Integrity again.
We were so impressed with the entire team at Integrity! They came out quickly to provide a detailed quote for replacing the majority of our carpet in our new home. The sales team at the shop were very helpful in providing design advice for color selection. They removed and installed our carpet in record time! I was so impressed with the kindness of the installers and how careful they were but efficient. I missed showing them a tiny closet off one of the bathrooms, and when they discovered it during installation, they said they would have enough left over pieces to complete it. This required a second trip but they came out right away! Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend!
