This was our first experience buying carpet from Jack Laurie Home Flooring.We were so impressed for several reasons.A representative (Jenne)came out to our home and brought a carpet sample we really liked in the store and then helped us make the right color choice. She then did all the measurements. Since we've had trouble with carpet installation in the past she suggested a new direction of the seams.We had lots of communication from Jenne and Ashley on the delivery and the installation process. In the past we only had one call concerning a installed date.The installer was very professional and I immediately knew Jack Laurie had sent to us a skilled installer in my conversation with him.We've had installers in the past we had to call back a couple times and it still buckled over a period of time.After installation , I again received calls from Jenne and Ashley to assure we were happy with our new carpet and ifwe had any concerns in the future to please call them.I look forward to working with them again!We love our new carpet and the excellent customer service we received from the Jack Laurie team!
I used Jack Lauer for flooring in kitchen and an area to come in back door they did an exceptional job the tiles I picked was LVP and Trucor Prime and they matched perfectly also I will use them again. Also the floor is heated it was hard finding someone to put heat in an existing home, job well done Jack Lauer and Team
Our second time using Jack Laurie, first with our home and recently our lake house, I can’t say more good things about them. They had budget friendly options, while still looking high end. Ashley helped schedule instal ASAP and always kept me in the loop, she does a fantastic job. Their installers were quick & did a great job. Would highly recommend.
We worked with Jack Laurie of Ft Wayne to remodel three bathrooms and install new flooring in our entire home. Our experience working with Taylor for our designs was amazing! She was always available and responsive also helpful with the endless design options. Once we submitted the order we were updated weekly by Ashley. Although supplies took some time to come in, we never felt forgotten about and communication was top notch. Once supplies were in, they quickly assigned workers to our projects. Tim and Chapin worked on our new showers and Tim’s tiling work is exceptional! They worked on our project full days until completed, which is incredibly important when bathrooms are torn apart. Tim and Chapin are very comfortable to be around which is important because the projects took a week or more to complete. When our flooring was done, we worked with Omar and his two teams of exceptional and professional workers. The project was scheduled for three days (including a Saturday) and they finished it in two full days so we were able to regain sense of our space a day earlier than we anticipated—a bonus for sure! We would recommend Jack Laurie of Ft Wayne to anyone. Remodeling is stressful and a financial investment and they make it the absolute least stressful with continual communication and by getting the work done. Ashley and Taylor love to text which makes communication super easy for working families. We absolutely love our three new tiled showers and hard floors and appreciate all of their time and expertise!!! Now, if they only painted!
