Don't hesitate to order your flooring from Elegant Flooring!! Everything went so smoothly and the price was lower here than anywhere else.. and not just in Texas. I am from Arizona and even with the added shipping costs the price was better. Also, Andrea is amazing. She kept me up to date on all the happenings from order to ship to arrival. I was slightly nervous being from out of state but after a call with Andrea, I felt better and I am so glad I did. I highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

It was a pleasure to work with Andrea and her wonderful customer support. She provided great followup after order was placed and tracked shipment all the way through the delivery process. I have placed two orders with Andrea so far and would not hesitate to place another. I fully recommend Elegant flooring!

Thank you so much Andrea! We love our new floors! Andrea made the process so easy. She was very knowledgeable and detailed in her instructions. Since I have never done this before, she was very patient with me and brought up things that I hadn't thought of so I would be prepared throughout the entire process. Her "can do" attitude was really appreciated! During our entire renovation project, this was the easiest transaction. Awesome job, and again, we love the porcelain tile throughout our entire house! (Still getting the house back together so it's pretty much a mess everywhere but here is a cleared space ??)

Andreea with Elegant Flooring is simply outstanding. They have an impressive selection of hardwood flooring and she was exceptionally knowledgeable in helping us select the perfect floor for our new home. If you think you would like to have new floors, contact them. You will be very happy with their attention to detail, great selection, and professional service. If you are hesitating because you are outside of the DFW Metroplex, call them anyway. You will be glad that you did.
