Such a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Andrea was the best! She was SO helpful, and went out of her way to help us get the materials we needed, as quickly as possible. After looking around, Factory Direct had the best price on the flooring, and it was ready for pickup the same day we paid, and when we needed extra she went above and beyond getting it ready for pickup.I really can’t say enough great things about them as a company. I will admit that I was a bit hesitant at first because the price I was quoted was so much less than other places that were in-town for me. Andrea did a fantastic job communicating with updates and was also very responsive to questions I had. From the ordering process to receiving pics of my pallet prior to shipping, the whole experience was fantastic.
