Andrea and Daniel were extremely personable, helpful, kind and not pushy! I got quotes from a couple different sources and Factory Direct was able to beat the other offers for me as well as provide excellent customer service. They are a local family owned business and I highly recommend supporting them with your next flooring purchase! Our floors are gorgeous!!

I was very impressed with the price and extraordinary service that Factory Direct gave me on engineered wood flooring and the adhesive. Andrea gave me the best price of several quotes on the same product and kept me informed during the entire process from purchasing to shipping. She made sure that I receive the shipment on time. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Such a wonderful experience from beginning to end! Andrea was the best! She was SO helpful, and went out of her way to help us get the materials we needed, as quickly as possible. After looking around, Factory Direct had the best price on the flooring, and it was ready for pickup the same day we paid, and when we needed extra she went above and beyond getting it ready for pickup.
I really can’t say enough great things about them as a company. Great customer service goes a LONG way, and because of that I would recommend them to anyone with flooring needs.
Kevin McMurphy
I will admit that I was a bit hesitant at first because the price I was quoted was so much less than other places that were in-town for me. Andrea did a fantastic job communicating with updates and was also very responsive to questions I had. From the ordering process to receiving pics of my pallet prior to shipping, the whole experience was fantastic. I almost want to re-do more floors in my house just to do business with Andrea and team again! Thanks for your amazing service!
