The sales and installation team (Andrew and Mitch) from the Natick showroom were patient while I took a few months to decide on the LVP brand to use in my home. I was allowed to take quite a few floor samples home to ensure I made the right choice, and Andrew worked with me so that I stayed on budget. I also appreciate Mitch patiently answering all my installation questions and accommodating me on the little adjustments I wanted. Highly recommend!

AJ Rose Burlington is great. From the start from the sales rep named Q educating us on the different runner carpet types and pros and cons. He explained everything in detail and was easy to understand. Second, we ordered two separate carpet runners to be installed on two staircases. The installer (Maison) they sent was incredible and so meticulous and took great care. We ordered a wide black border and the install was great.
