Rob, Dylan and crew are very professional, very knowledgeable in their industry, fairly priced and stand behind their product. The showroom has a large variety and a lot of options for rug, tile and hardwood. Would highly recommend them for any flooring or tile project.

Marra recently completed almost 2500 square feet of flooring in our Ashland home including existing flooring and new flooring in an addition. We could not be happier. They were flexible working with our budget, made suggestion on what would work best with our layout and were always honest with what would work in our space. Dylan was always available to answer my many questions and he and Rob made numerous house calls to make sure we were happy.
We ended up with gorgeous Karastan LVP in our bedrooms and offices in our new addition as well as our finished basement.
We had existing red oak flooring that had yellowed over time and Dylan recommended we sand the existing and finish in a water based poly with no stain to keep the natural look we were after. They also brought in new red oak for the new build and seamlessly matched our existing floor. The new flooring looks like it’s always been there.
Marra is the family-owned, local company that you want to give your business to. They’re honest, reliable and truly go above and beyond for their customers. Everything from start to finish was better than we could have ever expected.

We are so incredibly happy with our Mohawk LVP from Marra Flooring and highly recommend them to everyone in our network and their service area!

Dylan was incredible, communicative and helpful as we were picking out our flooring and did everything he could to help us.

We had some previous unknown water damage/rot issues and Rob Marra called us to explain what was going on and that if it were his house he would get it fixed because if it rained hard it could cause the flooring to bubble up and warp and we’d be calling them back again. They really do right by their customers and don’t just finish a job to finish a job. They were patient as we looking into insurance and contractors to get our water remediation fixed correctly and called them back four months later to finish the last room that was remaining.

Their attention to service and detail is felt and incredibly appreciated. They did an awesome job leveling over some old tile in our dining room, getting our two bedrooms that were half an inch off leveled to the rest of the floors, and fixing a patch after our new doors and trim were installed. Seriously couldn’t recommend Marra Flooring enough.
