Floorz

From the minute we walked into the store and picked out carpeting with Russ to the home measure with Margaret we knew we were in professional hands. The follow up by Jessica was perfect and the installation crew headed by Cody did a perfect installation and left our home spotless. The stair runners look amazing!

Very happy we chose Floorz. From start to finish they are 100% pros. They literally took a level to our sub floor and made sure everything was completely level before installing. Margaret was lovely helping pick out the perfect color, their installers were impeccable and clean and professionally amazing, and the follow-through with customer satisfaction can’t be beat. UPDATED REVIEW: 8/1/2024 Gibson from Floorz has been working with us to remedy the issue and has been responsive and communicative. With the better communication and getting clear on what the expectation is for the stairs, we are expecting the re-install of the treads to turn out as well as most of the Floorz customers reviews with stair installs is depicting. We are very pleased with the response time and attention Floorz is showing.

PRIOR REVIEW JUNE 2024

The stair job was poor craftsmanship and likely resulted because of the caps used and originated from the previous sales person advising us of something different than what we were assured as to treads.

We accepted that we ended up with caps on stairs instead of treads that were installed. The sales person assured us treads would be the final look. While that issue, sales person was dealt with . . . we are finally, 8-months later, having to hire someone to help fix the poor cap install issue. We have had to continuously re-tape certain caps for fear of tripping.

UPDATED 8/26/2024. Floorz has redone our stairs and this was an amazing job. I’m thankful that they reached back out and worked with us and helped correct the treads. Gibson and their team were very helpful in explaining where there was a breakdown in communication and we would definitely use them again.

Floorz did a wonderful job replacing the carpets in our bedrooms and bonus room. They were so helpful in providing knowledge and expertise on the best carpet for us to choose for our family and were extremely fast in getting us scheduled for install. It was a big job with a lot of furniture to move and the workers handled everything with care. The product turned out beautiful and we love our new carpet! Thank you!

From my first correspondence to final install, my experience with Floorz was phenomenal. Stephanie worked with me to select the exact flooring I was looking for - one that fit the style, feel and budget I wanted. She worked with my builder seamlessly as well. On install day the crew was super helpful, kind and obviously took care in putting my floors in. Our LVP looks great and I know it will hold up to our crazy, dog-loving, farm-living family for years!
