Not once did I question the fact I was buying sight unseen flooring. Luke talked me thru and guided me until I made a decision. He was very patient with my what ifs. He sent all the samples he thought I was trying to match, but in the end I bought the extra to replace what I had. I do recommend Luke for questions anyone may have, on line or in store.
