It has now been 5 weeks since we were promised a quote for LVP flooring for just one bedroom. Brandie came out to measure all three carpeted bedrooms, though we only needed flooring in one. She assured us we would receive the quote within a few days.Since then, I’ve called the office weekly, left multiple messages (including three just this week), and sent countless emails—all ignored. When Brandie finally returned my call three weeks later, she claimed the delay was due to the steps leading to our bedroom. She said she wanted to ensure the quote was “perfect” and that her team wouldn’t do a “half job since this is a home you’re living in and not a rental or flip.” This was an incredibly unprofessional and offensive comment, suggesting they cut corners depending on the homeowner’s situation. On top of that, I am 7 months pregnant and made it clear we needed this project completed before the baby arrives. She promised it would be done, yet we’ve only been misled and ignored from day one.This company’s behavior is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. They ghost customers, fail to communicate, and make discriminatory, false claims about their work. Whatever positive reviews you see elsewhere do not reflect our experience.Do not use this company unless you want to be ignored, poorly treated, and strung along. I found Knobby’s Affordable Flooring through a friend that used them and I am glad I did! Living in Caroline County it is not the easiest to get companies out here for estimates. They had patience with us through the selection process, even allowing us to take samples home to see the LVP against our cabinets and furniture. Between that and the visualizers online our decision was much easier. The installation crew was here on time, were so very polite and cleaned up as they went along. Our floors look amazing. We could not be happier with our Mohawk LVP. Highly recommend Knobby’s Affordable Flooring!

The whole team from Brandie coming out to measure our house and helping us decide what fit our lifestyle best to the wonderfully polite installation crew were professional, punctual and passionate about their craft. They took the time to walk us through the process, helped me choose the perfect color and style for our rooms and the final result is absolutely stunning. My home feels completely transformed! Absolutely stunning hardwood & LVP flooring! Brandie and her team helped us so much as we were remodeling our home, and they helped us choose the perfect hardwood flooring for 2 levels of the house, a gorgeous/high-quality LVP for the basement, and plush carpet for the basement stairs.
