Our home builder had The Carpet House install our flooring. We wanted LVP on the entire main level after move-in. I spoke and worked with Rob. He was attentive and prompt with all my many questions. From measuring to install, the process was extremely fast, easy, and the results we are very pleased with. The team that came by to do install our floors did a beautiful job and were extremely kind. I will be using The Carpet House for future flooring projects and recommend them.
Had a great experience working with The Carpet House Design Center and specifically, Sauni Lukhard! Sauni was very easy to work with, very friendly and accommodating! She took great care of me through the entire process and gave me a great price. Her team's flexibility worked hard to meet my tight schedule constraints. Finally, the installation team worked well together and made our home look outstanding! Thanks to all who made this work out so well!
i really wish i could give 0 stars for this company. while I did not physically go into this establishment, this company was subcontracted through another company for a mitigation/reconstruction project that I had done that took 3 months to complete. Initially, everything was fine. the representative Perry I worked with was nice & brought samples of flooring to my home to select. after selecting the flooring, a week or 2 go by and they come out to install. unfortunately I did have to step out for majority of the day but when I came back, I realized that the flooring did not look good. there were gaps where the shoe molding was placed, as if it wasn’t nailed properly into the wall, the ends of the molding were “dog earred” as i later learned the term for but that’s not what I requested & was not advised that would be done. although someone did come out to “fix/replace” the shoe molding to my liking, which it was, there were still scuffs on the molding itself, damage to the walls that I just had repainted, and still gaps all over. the work was very rushed & unprofessional. it was then that the contractor who did my wall repair (not through Carpet House) had to come back out to fix all of the molding & the painting to my satisfaction. additionally, they also left the remaining floor planks sitting in my utility room against my water heater & did not tell me they were leaving them there or asked what I would like to do with them. If you need flooring done, just find someone else. I’m overall not satisfied with the customer service I received. at all.
We absolutely LOVE the flooring we got from The Carpet House! Great group of people to work with for our basement renovation. Highly recommend them for any of your flooring needs.
My husband and I are over the moon excited with how beautiful our LVP floors and stairs and our carpet turned out! We have used the Carpet House years ago as well in another previous house and knew they were the best from before. Our sales rep Sami is so personable and highly knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect carpet and LVP. The customer service by Sami and all of the installation crew was phenomenal! They all worked non stop all day for three days to get the job done. Our job was coordinated perfectly over the three days it took to do our entire house which consisted of three levels and a combination of carpet and LVP areas. This was a job that entailed removing toilets and sinks in the bathrooms and moving heavy full size front loader washer and dryer out of a very small tight space for the LVP to be installed. I will never go anywhere else for new floors. I simply just can’t say enough about the staff and have nothing but positive things to say! I truly love The Carpet House!!! Thank you Sami and staff for taking care of us!Ron & Adela Carter
