Why are you only open during weekday 'business office' hours? No prime time hours at all...and closed on weekends, so no one who works a Monday to Friday 'office hours' job has access to your store. In a government & university city that's a lot of people who can't buy from you.

Is this a family business with a stellar work-life balance? (amen to that!) or maybe your hours are restricted by residential zoning bylaws? If it's about the bylaws, could I suggest powering off all the equipment except the cash register and paying a couple of struggling students to sell your lumber and value-added products on Saturday mornings and/or on a weeknight?

Presently I need a replacement fence panel and no one else sells it, but I can't go buy it without burning a half vacation day. 2 stars because I love the products I've bought from you, unfortunately your prohibitive hours means that MOST of the time I'm forced to choose between either 1) putting the unfinished project on hold or 2) begrudgingly buying elsewhere. :(
