We recently built a new home and purchased approximately $40,000 worth of tile and wood flooring from Ritchie’s Carpet Warehouse. The ordering process went smoothly.During the job, the installation plan changed and part of the design was switched to concrete. As a result, a portion of the tile ordered for the project was no longer needed, it was not leftover material. The amount we asked about returning was roughly $1,000 worth. We contacted our sales representative, John, to see if that portion could be taken back. He said he would call us, but we never received a follow-up. Instead, the message was passed through delivery drivers during another drop-off, and they declined to take it back, saying it was “too much of a headache.”After spending that level of money with the company, we expected better communication and support.
I bought kitchen flooring from Alec at Ritchies. Love the final product. The installation went smooth. Alec made the whole process go very easily. No stress.

I recently worked with Ritchies Carpet Warehouse for new windows and doors, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me choose the right styles for my home. The pricing was fair, and the quality of the products really stands out—solid construction, smooth operation, and a clean, modern look.
I am the owner of niche renovation company (Kismet Renovations) that specializes in custom tiled bathroom transformations. My experience with Ritchie’s is summed up in the Simon Sinek quote “We don’t do business with companies. We do business with people. Business is always human.”My interaction has been cultivated and won through stellar customer service that is both personal and genuine. John the “Tile Guy” is exceptional at inside sales always working closely with us to locate and order in the unique and sometimes odd things that aren’t typically found in Fredericton, New Brunswick and for that I am grateful. On top of all that I shopped hard and negotiated every item harder throughout the city from the big box retailers to the wholesalers and no one beat the prices I got through John at Ritchie’s. That makes me a grateful and happy customer.
