Kase was responsive and also patient as we had a big delay between when we signed the contract and when we could actually move forward with the carpet installation. The carpet team, led by Dan, did a fantastic job and we are very pleased with the results. I know who I'll be reaching out to the next time I have a flooring project I need help with.

If there was a 6th star it would be checked as well. In this day and age, I find to get any customer service is setting the bar too high let alone being able to talk and actually see someone in person. I love technology but there are times there’s a disconnect in the human service experience.I was frustrated dealing with 3 other flooring companies trying to get quotes, information of the actual different products, and timeline availability. Everyone is busy which is great but the back and forth texting vs calling, incomplete answers and information made me reach out to Kase.When I reached out, I had mentioned I had 3 other vendors in mind and wanted to hear about what Floors To Your Door could offer. She wasn’t taken aback that I had other vendors in the wings instead she was kind, informative, direct and ended by saying if I needed anything else to let her know. I had stopped by a few days later to see samples which her assistant let me have for the weekend. I decided to go with Kase. She ordered an incredible product for my kitchen and bathroom floors. She was quick on the order and delivery and scheduled her installer team the following few days.As if that wasn’t enough having a pretty seamless ordering experience, the installers, Jose Luis and his assistant, Noah took it to the next level. Jose is just a fun guy. Both were sociable, hardworking, on time, and left no trace of debris, nails, sawdust, nada! What I truly respected was Jose’s artistry and craftsmanship, and his attention to detail. Jose custom made a new matching tile entry door for under the house access in our pantry, detailed baseboard trimmings, seam free between bathroom and hallway, fixed the broken plastic slider door with matching tile trim and explained interesting flooring info which I loved. I can’t say enough about the amazing quality of the product and craftsmanship but most importantly the incredible human experience
Wonderful working with Kase, Floors to Your Door truly lived up to their name. Process was incredibly easy, and we are very happy with the outcome. Great project from start to finish, would not hesitate to recommend them.
Kase and the team at Floors To Your Door were fantastic to work with! We had them sand and polish old wooden floors, install all new carpet, and put in new tiles in our entryway. They were super on top of things at all stages of the project and the contractors they sent did fantastic work. Very happy with the end result and I would highly recommend them for any flooring needs in the Bay Area.
