I had a very good experience with The Floor Trader Outlet recently. Ty came out and measured the space and answered my questions. He was very knowledgeable and kind, showed up exactly when he said he would. I asked him to quote me a Coretec product that was not in the Floor Trading Outlet showroom. He provided this quickly and the price was fair. The installation happened a week later and the crew was ready to go. They were exceptional: good communicators, fast workers, good-natured and a pleasure to have around. They trimmed a door for me as well, they were skilled at everything they did. The result was perfect as far as I can tell. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks for putting together a good project for me Ty.

Working with Tyler Bristow in the Fresno branch was The Best experience. He was always available and helpful to make selections and to give me the best prices. His crew did two homes for me and they both look beautiful. Very appreciative of his expertise and the quality of the flooring and carpeting.

He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and offered valuable opinions that helped us make the best decision. The following day, Daniel and his wife arrived and installed the carpet quickly and professionally. The quality of their work is excellent, and we absolutely love how it turned out. The response time and customer service were second to none. I would highly recommend The Floor Trader to anyone looking for great service and beautiful flooring!

I'm glad I chose this neighborhood flooring store over big warehouse stores. Customer service was excellent! Tyler was very patient in answering all my questions about carpets. We're all on budgets and need help in selecting a good carpet. The installers were respectful and courteous. They did a good job and vacuumed the rooms before leaving! Everyone I met was helpful, patient and HAPPY to help. I'll be back!

Tyler at this location was awesome to work with. Helped me find the perfect color wood for our loft floor- matched our aesthetic perfectly! Looks AMAZING! The install was seamless. Great team, super friendly and efficient. Would recommend to anyone!
