After having a flood which popped some of our 20+ year old tiles Tammy from FCI was recommended to us by our insurance agent.She was more than professional in explaining the entire process and made a few much appreciated suggestions. We decided to replace the tile with Luxury Vinyl planks. Francisco and his crew did an outstanding job removing the old tile, leveling the concrete and installing the new flooring.
