GC Flooring Pros

I was referred to GC Flooring Pros by a friend who had used them for her carpet install. I am so glad I went with them to help us redo all our carpeted areas in our home. It was a fun and easy process from start to finish, they were professional, had great communication, and were very well organized. They helped us stay within our budget and we still received beautiful carpet. Trey oversaw our initial meeting and was there every step of the way. He even came the morning of install to get it started for me. Valeria organized communication for install, order and delivery. On the day of install Esteban and his team were proficient and efficient professionals at their craft. They were also careful at moving and putting back my furniture and did a thorough walk-through with me at the end to address any concerns I saw or had. I would absolutely use GC flooring pros again for any of their home improvement services!

I recently hired GC Flooring Pros to replace the original builder-grade carpet in several rooms with gorgeous luxury vinyl plank flooring and new baseboards. The crew was super professional, did an excellent job cleaning up afterward, and finished the project surprisingly quickly. The results turned out amazing—we absolutely love how it looks! We're already planning to call them back for our next flooring project.

When we decided to update our floors, we started by comparing the options between installing them ourselves or hiring a company. I read this company’s reviews and was very skeptical to see that all the reviews were 5 star reviews. In any case, I decided to visit their office to get a quote from them. From the moment I walked in, their service was outstanding. Jeff patiently showed me all the options available, the different qualities of all the options, he described their services and explained what they could do for us. I was surprised by the promptness with which he promised they could have all the job finished. They indeed fulfilled everything they promised me and more. Jeff and his team were always very communicative. The prices were reasonable and the billing process was easy to understand. The workers always arrived on time. The workers were respectful and worked tirelessly. They finished a job that could have easily taken us many more days in just a week. The subfloor was prepared with dedication. The workers handled our furniture with care when they needed to move it. Our new floors look amazing ??. This company really deserves all the 5 stars they have and possibly one extra for exceptional performance and service. Thank you so much.
