We had a pretty complex conversion of a tub to a walk-in shower as we needed the entry to be flush with no step or molding. The people here gave us a free estimate and were up front about everything. They met with us and recommended materials, set up times that worked with our schedule and always communicated throughout the job. Very pleased with the initial presentation to do the job, the crew that came to do the work and all the administrative work behind the scenes. A perfect match was made to our existing home hardwood that was perfectly spliced into the existing floor so no transitions were required PLUS they ‘undercut’ the baseboards to eliminate the need for quarter rounds. Luxe has completed two major projects in our house over the past year. We had a great experience start to finish both times. First, I went to Rick with a few inspiration photos and ideas for new kitchen flooring and countertops and he helped me make choices that fit my budget and worked well in my space. Six months later I called Rick again and Luxe refinished the wood floors in our main living room and added engineered hardwood to two additional rooms. Everyone was always on time and efficient. The finished product is exactly what I was hoping for. I won’t hesitate to use Luxe again for another project.
We’ve worked with Marvin for years and did a remodel on our entire house. This was our second project with Marvin. His team did an excellent job on our finished wood floors, new stairway, custom cabinetry and tile work. Marvin does a great job checking in with his customers and following up after the job is done. He has years of experience and knowledge with wood flooring and tile. Our home and new wood floors look incredible! Would definitely recommend!
