DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I should have fired them when I caught there crew drinking alcohol in my house. They pull no permits!! Work force is disrespectful and abuse your house. I had them at our house for a full remodel was there 8 months ago and still haven’t finished. I had to bring in another contractor to finish right. They painted over wall paper used cheap paint instead of the paint we picked. Totally messed up kitchen by not building cabinets to the specifics that were needed to fit appliances. Total BAIT and SWITCH on the products like paint, carpet, flooring.
Upon entering then store, I was greeted by Norm the Manager. He was very knowledgeable and was professional. He recommended a very beautiful color I wouldn’t have thought of. His wife Yolanda was so nice and friendly. The installers were so efficient and professional. The work they did was exceptional. I love the experience working with this store. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I will be back for my next project!
For flooring, this place is the best!! The manager is named Norm, and he is truly an expert, plus he is a nice guy. He helped us in selecting the carpets to install in a house we were planning to sell, and then he designed the flooring plan for a new house (new to us, but 35 years old) that we were remodeling. The results were beautiful. Although not exactly flooring, Norm had a team refinish the staircase and hand railings and they did a magnificent job. Highly recommended!!!
Norm did a great job helping me get the wood we wanted. He also recommended we use his installers. Luis and his helpers did a great job installing the wood flooring. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Most importantly,my wife is very pleased! Happy wife equals happy life.Thank you,Daniel M
I don't usually post reviews, however my experience with Norm and his team at Nadine was incredible. They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Communication was perfect and prompt all the way through. And their workmanship is crazy good.I got estimates from 3 flooring providers and Nadine was just slightly above the lowest price. But their knowledge about our selections and how the job would go, convinced me to go with Nadine. Very glad I did.Stop searching for a flooring provider. You just found the best.
