The team did a great job with installation and everything looks great. And, communication was great throughout the process. The work was done on time and on budget. We got some carpet for our Breck townhome. The sales process happened at our pace, they were knowledgeable and helpful at every turn, ordered lots of samples for us (they came in quickly), and they gave their opinion. The measure guy Eric is great, and when it was time to move, the carpet was received and install scheduled within about 2 weeks. And then the install team (Sergio, Sergio, and Jorge), the most important cog in the wheel, imho, is brilliant. Furniture moved gently. They work cleanly and quickly, are considerate & competent. The seams are practically invisible.We did have one hiccup in the process and the owner was upfront and accountable. Once the mistake happened, they did everything in their power to get things back on track, which is all I can ask.You know that “I’m in a resort town, so I’m going to get screwed and the work is going to be crap and there’s not much I can do about it” feeling? That’s what I expected. I got just the opposite.I’m a retired subcontractor, and these guys are great.
Frisco Flooring was great help trying to pick out the best product to remodel our small condo in Keystone. I never felt pressured to "up sell" and I was very happy with the pros and cons they provided for each style and manufacturer.I then contracted with them to perform the installation. There was a faulty water shut-off valve for our toilet, which meant they could not finish the flooring on schedule. The contractor was incredibly patient as I worked through both the property management team to replace the valve as well as the association to coordinate the main water shut-off. They were able to finish the flooring work almost immediately after the valve was repaired, which was incredibly helpful.The quality of the flooring installation was well beyond my expectations. In particular, there was a section of flooring that had to be cut very specifically to match the abnormal shape of stones at the hearth of the fireplace. It was perfect.Finally, I also contracted with Frisco Flooring to paint the entire unit. Again, my expectations were far exceeded. The painting was done professionally. Of note, the painter even removed individual outlet and light switch covers to provide a clean, professional look. Honestly I've not had painting contractors do that before and I was so happy they took the time to do it right!Overall I can't provide a higher recommendation. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of working with this store.
