We had a great experience with the Floor Store! We were able to find the perfect LVP product that we love thanks to Milad who let us try multiple different samples until we found the right one. And Mace and his team did an amazing job installing the LVP. Our house has multiple quirky steps with odd angles and he took his time to make sure they all looked great and professionally done. We would definitely use the Floor Store again in the future.

They were appreciative that I had readied the rooms by making sure the drawers were empty and the closet floor was clear. Hannah provided excellent customer service and the installation process was stellar. The team even added carpet remnant to a couple of closets. That was a last minute request on my part.
