Wilson’s Custom Flooring was EXCEPTIONAL from start to finish. Professional crew, clear timelines, and respectful of our home every single day. Their craftsmanship shows in the little things: clean grout lines, seamless transitions, and level surfaces where a previous installer left problems. They communicated at every step, fixed any mistakes early, checked in on preferences, and followed through without excuses. The space was tidied nightly and the final walk through was thorough. Worth every penny. You truly get what you pay for, and with Wilson’s you get excellence, care, and floors that make the whole house feel new again.

Wilson Custom Flooring did an excellent job, and very fairly priced, on the install of our new floors. They went out of their way to meet up with me past their business hours because I got off work at the same time they closed. They gave nice recommendations and have tons of samples to bring home to see what it looks like in your house first. They got the material in fast and installed half a day ahead of schedule. The team that did the install was professional and helpful on other recommendations. Overall, if you need a floor done, I wouldn't look any further than Wilson's. We recently bought a new (to us) home in Gainesville, and spent 10 months remodelling it extensively before we moved in. Part of the remodel was replacing all 3200 sq. ft. of flooring, the walk-in master shower, and the kitchen backsplash. For all of this we hired Wilson’s. They did everything - wood floors, tile floors, carpeted bedrooms, tiled master shower and kitchen backsplash.

I can’t say enough good things about the experience. It was fantastic in every way. Johnny and Brendan are two of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. They sell and install quality products at fair (as in equitable) prices. I could not be happier with the results of their work - they are truly superior in every way. When installing, they pay attention to the tiniest details - as if they were working in their own home. They were always here when they said they would be. Their crew is respectful and doesn’t leave a mess. And Johnny and Brendan will go out of their way to make sure you’re happy.

They care enough that when their crew was spread thin due to high demand, I found the owner of the company (Johnny) out here on a weekend laying tile by himself, just to make sure they would finish the project when they said they would. If you’ve got a flooring project to do in the Gainesville area, stop looking, stop shopping around, and just go to Wilson’s. They’ll treat you right, and you’ll love the results.
